Thank you for shopping with Mama Jack Design! Because many of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, please review the details below so you know what to expect.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Split Shipments
If your order contains items fulfilled by different vendors, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you. For example, an apparel item and a greeting card may ship from different locations and arrive on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs, or weather.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the fulfillment partner and your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping. Download instructions will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Shop73@mamajackdesign.com and we will work with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Shop73@mamajackdesign.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
